Richie Cunningham An 8 time finisher and 2 time winner of the WHW. After an 8 year gap, Richie is back again and will share his experience on fuelling and also touch on how he is approaching his “Comeback to The Way”.
Alison (Ally) McGill Ally has run twice for Scotland at 100k. Most recently at the British Champs /ACP in Perth where she placed 5th in 8:02:34. A previous winner of the Devil o The highlands race .This will be her first race beyond 100k and she will share how she plans her nutrition and how it may change, moving up in distance.
