Well known and loved on the British ultra running circuit.
A three time finisher of the West Highland Way, with a best time of 19:39:57.
Debbie also has experience at many other 100 mile events and as well as her exploits as part of the GB 24 hour team for several years.
Completion of multi day adventures like Tour de Geants and two completions of the Winter Spine Race, winning the ladies prize this past January, are her more recent adventures.

CHRIS MOON
Two time finisher of the West Highland Way with a best time of 30:58:36 and currently training for this years race, Chris has also finished the classic Badwater Ultra Marathon through Death valley in California an astonishing 6 times amongst other adventures. All the more remarkable when you consider Chris is a double amputee.
One of the by-lines from his website relates
“Chris knows exactly what it takes to overcome adversity and supposed limitations. He was blown up in Africa clearing landmines for a charity and lost his lower arm and leg. Less than a year after leaving hospital he completed the London Marathon”
It goes without saying Chris is well placed to talk about overcoming adversity to achieve ones goals. Those who have heard Chris before also know he is a very entertaining speaker too!
IAN BEATTIE will update us on the progress of the crowd funded project to raise funds for a bridge to remember our old friend John Kynaston.
ANDY NIXON from our race sponsors and supporters Altra and Ron Hill will talk a little on the Ron Hill company background and philosophy .
Everyone who registers will go in to a draw to win some Splendid Ron HiIl kit too.
Adrian Stott will co-ordinate the evening with John Munro wrangling the technology in the background.
